胡文辉

胡文辉,男,博士生导师,广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,药物化学学科带头人,广州市蛇毒与生物毒素研究所所长,兼广州医科大学药学院学术委员会主任,广东省分子靶标与临床药理重点实验室副主任,呼吸病国家重点实验室研究员。

胡教授于2002年毕业于中国协和医科大学药物研究所,师从郭宗儒教授,开展抗炎药物的研究,获得博士学位。2002年-2006年在美国西北大学医学院从事博士后研究,开展神经退行性疾病的药物研究。2006年-2016年在中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院历任副研究员、研究员、新药开发室主任。

立足于尚无有效药物的重大疾病,胡文辉课题开展创新药物的研究,建立了国内具有特色和优势的新药研发团队。在历时20多年的新药研究中,胡教授团队已确立多个全新结构的候选药物。其中,基于神经胶质细胞功能障碍的抗阿尔茨海默氏症新药AD16(哌达甲酮),已获得国家食品药品监督管理局(CFDA)颁发的1.1类药物临床试验批件,正在开展临床试验中,化合物专利涵盖了全球多个国家。截至目前,已发表了30多篇国际学术论文,申请了30多项国家、国际发明专利,兼任药学学报的编委、广东省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主委。

【主要科研项目】

截至目前,胡教授已主持国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委、广东省科技厅的新药重大专项,企业横向经费等各类新药基金近20项,金额逾2000多万元。目前的在研课题:国家自然科学基金面上项目,81872743,神经胶质细胞调节剂AD110延缓阿尔茨海默氏症的作用及机制研究。

 

【所获荣誉和奖励】2011年获得广东省优秀共产党员,2014年获得广东省优秀专利奖, 2018年获“珠江学者”特聘教授,2020年获广东省科技进步一等奖(第二负责人)。
