【个人简介】

林水木,男,博士,福建漳州人,药学院教授,博士生导师,“南山学者”骨干人才。本硕博均就读于华南理工大学,博士期间(2016-2018年)于新加坡眼科研究所开展联合培养,2012-2015年任职于新加坡眼科研究所,担任Research Associate。针对目前缺乏新型抗耐药菌药物等关键科学问题,课题组融合药物化学、化学生物学、药理学、毒理学、基因组学和蛋白组学等多学科技术,通过仿生模拟抗菌肽、对天然产物的修饰改性和基于结构的药物设计等策略开展first-in-class及best-in-class类抗耐药菌新药的发现研究,助力解决微生物耐药性难题。课题组核心研究方向为药物化学、抗感染新药研发和生物标志物的检测。以第一或通讯作者在Sci Adv, J Adv Res, Acc Chem Res, J Med Chem (11篇), Eur J Med Chem (7篇), Sensor Actuat B-Chem等期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇。2021年作为第一兼通讯作者应邀在化学顶级期刊Acc Chem Res上撰写关于黄酮类抗菌拟肽的综述论文。获授权中国发明专利7项,美国和韩国发明专利各1项;国际PCT专利2项。其中作为第一发明人的关于补骨脂酚类抗菌药物的专利于2021年成功转让给药企(51万),由药企进行系统的临床前开发。

2)指导3名研究生获得校级优秀硕士学位论文。

3)培养6名硕士生分别进入新加坡南洋理工大学(2名),北京大学,广州实验室,广州医科大学和南方医科大学攻读博士学位。
