唐国胜

个人简介

    唐国胜,男,出生于吉林省梅河口市,广州医科大学教授、博士生导师,南京林业大学-哈佛大学医学院联合培养博士、哈佛大学医学院博士后。研究内容主要涉及利用生物3D打印、新型气体微流控、双水相微流控等技术制备微凝胶,并将其应用于细胞递送和再生医学等研究领域。2021年以广东省高水平大学建设项目“南山学者特聘教授”全职引进到广州医科大学药学院工作,目前担任中国解剖学会血管分会委员、中国机械工程学会生物制造工程分会委员、广东省生物医学工程学会生物3D打印与组织再生分会委员及青年委员会常务委员、Nano-Micro Letters、Exploration和Biomedical Technology杂志青年编委。迄今为止,申请人累计发表SCI论文50余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文20篇(15篇IF>10),包括Nature Microbiology、PNAS、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Nano-Micro Letters等国际权威期刊,论文被引用超过4000余次,累计影响因子大于600,论文平均影响因子大于15,5篇文章入选全球Top 1% ESI高被引论文。共授权发明专利10余件,曾获江苏省政府留学奖学金等。

【具体研究方向

(一)微凝胶制备及应用:基于新型气体辅助微流控和双水相微流控等策略,结合微加工手段,开发用于生物医学领域的微凝胶,并探索其在心肌、肺纤维化及骨组织修复应用中的治疗潜力。

(二)生物3D打印及应用:以新型的打印技术包括水下打印、冷冻打印等策略制备体外组织工程模型、类器官等,以用于生物医学的各类应用,包括作为器官芯片,用于药物递送和药物筛选等。

(三)细胞递送:基于新型单细胞微凝胶制备策略,高效递送干细胞用于多种疾病治疗。
