胡文辉教授简介:
胡文辉,药物化学专业博士生导师,广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,兼广州医科大学药学院学术委员会主任,研究所所长,广东省分子靶标与临床药理重点实验室副主任。
2002年毕业于中国协和医科大学药物研究所,师从郭宗儒教授,开展抗炎药物的研究,获得博士学位。2002年-2006年在美国西北大学医学院从事博士后研究,开展神经退行性疾病的药物研究。2006年-2016年在中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院历任副研究员、研究员、新药开发室主任。
在历时20多年的新药研究中,胡教授团队已确立多个全新结构的候选药物。其中,基于神经炎症的抗阿尔茨海默氏症新药AD16(GIBH130、哌达甲酮),已获得国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)颁发的1.1类药物临床试验批件,正在开展临床试验,化合物专利涵盖了全球多个国家。

主要科研项目及成果:
立足于尚无有效药物的重大疾病,开展致病机制和创新药物的研究,确立原创(First-in-class)候选新药。截至目前,胡教授已获得授权专利30多项,主持国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委、广东省科技厅的新药重大专项,企业横向经费等各类新药研发基金2000多万元。
所获荣誉和奖励:
2011年获得广东省优秀共产党员,2014年获得广东省优秀专利奖。兼任药学学报编委、广东省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主委。
