何菊云

何菊云,女,博士,讲师,2009年获南华大学理学学士学位生物技术专业2013年前往挪威国家营养与海洋食品研究所进行博士联合培养并于2014年底回国获中山大学理学博士学位水生生物学专业2015年加入赢创中国投资有限公司广州分公司担任北亚区水产研发与技术负责人2023年加入广州医科大学药学院,从事教学与科研至今。主要研究方向包括营养素蛋氨酸/二肽、赖氨酸藻油等对动物生长、摄食、健康及代谢的调控机制;围绕肠道健康与安全养殖,开发并研究适用于不同养殖环境的新型微生态制剂基于中药资源产业过程副产物的研究、开发与利用。近年来在国内外动物营养领域发表学术论文超过25篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Fish and Shellfish ImmunologyAnimal NutritionAquaculture等国际知名期刊发表论文12篇。
