个人简介:
邵攀霖,理学博士,教授,硕士研究生/博士研究生导师。2006年于四川师范大学取得学士学位(导师:赵可清教授),2011年于中国科学院化学研究所取得博士学位(导师:叶松研究员),2012年~2014年于新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究工作(导师:赵宇教授)。长期致力于生物活性分子及药物的不对称合成研究,发展了一系列新颖、独特且高效的不对称催化体系,并将其应用于新药研发以及重大手性药物产业化的关键技术研究。在国内外著名高校与研究机构主持和参与了多个科研项目,研究成果在J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem., Int. Ed.,ACS Catalysis等学术期刊发表40余篇;授权发明专利11项。作为负责人和主要参与人,利用关键的平台性技术,开展了数十项大品种原料药的合成工艺开发,包括以多肽药物为导向的系列氨基酸的合成,以及以手性药物为导向的系列小分子原料药的合成。
研究方向:药物化学、体外诊断
主要着眼于基于胸腔慢病的手性药物和生物功能材料的开发,具体包括两个研究方向:(1)不对称催化体系的开发并将其应用于手性药物的绿色合成;(2)新型有机小分子荧光“探针”的开发并将其应用于体外诊断。
